Login Help

If you are having trouble logging in to a resource or database while off campus, the reason could be one of the following:

    • You are using your Student ID number, instead of your 14-digit barcode number

Make sure you are using your 14-digit barcode number (beginning 23015…) from the back of your Lasell ID card or in the welcome packet for online students. Also, always double check that you are correctly entering the numbers.

    • You do not have a record in the library system

If you think you might not have a record in the library system, contact the Access Services Manager or click here to fill out the registration form.

    • You owe more than $10 in overdue fines or replacement fees, which has blocked your account

Click here to login to Minuteman system and pay online via credit card or by cash or check at the library main desk. (You can reset your password on the same page if you do not remember it. Click here for more help logging into your library account.)

    • Your account has expired

If you think your account has expired, contact the Access Services Manager.

    • You have more than one account and they are not “merged”

This may happen if you have a Lasell record AND a Minuteman card or may have inadvertently signed up for an “online card.” If you think you may have more than one account, contact the Access Services Manager

If none of these actions fix your problem, call the main desk at the library 617-243-2244 during open hours and ask for help. Alternatively, you can email reference@lasell.edu.
